Nandini P. Nair

President and Managing Attorney of The Nair Law Group, A Professional Corporation, a law firm practicing exclusively in the area of US Immigration and Nationality law. The firm represents business and corporate clients in all matters of employment-based immigration. Born in Kerala, India and became a naturalized citizen of the United States in 1996. Graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Political Science, Journalism and Socio-Legal Studies and received her Juris Doctorate [JD] from Albany Law School. She enhanced her international background and education by completing a Masters Degree in International Relations at Schiller International University in London, UK.

Began working in the field of immigration law while clerking at a downtown New York City law firm, where she later became an Associate at the firm. She continued her immigration career by working at the most premier Wall Street immigration firm, where she managed their downtown NYC sub-office.

Admitted in the New York Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Department; U.S. Southern Federal District Court of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association; the American Bar Association; the New York State Bar Association; and the Women's Bar Association of New York. She was also a weekly columnist for Express Computer, Part of India Express, India and a monthly columnist for the Marthrubhumbi, Kerala, India.
