Barb Bruno is President of Good as Gold Training, Candidate Next Step and HR Search. She isrecognized internationally as one of the top experts in the Staffing and Recruiting Profession.She was selected by LinkedIn Learning to create recruiting courses, which have had over 2 millionparticipants worldwide. Barb became a trainer to help others make more money. She created her TopProducer Tutor online training and has assisted 100% of her clients increase their sales and profits.Barb will soon launch two new Tutors courses including: Add Flexible Staffing and Add Direct Hire to help her clients create an additional profit center in their business.

In late 2020 Barb will launch her new book High-Tech High Touch Recruiting through Kogan Publishing.

She has also developed a private labeled Career Portal to help 100% of the candidates we attract, while generating passive income for her clients. This resource helps improve the candidate experience.

Barb has also held many leadership roles including Chairman of the Board of NAPS.
