Prior to this, as Executive Vice President at Microland, I was responsible for North America and Europe geos, and for accelerating the company's growth in those markets through aggressive new customer acquisitions, growth of existing accounts and building strategic partnerships. I was also responsible for laying out the company's Business Strategy and building our Client Service teams. During my stint at Microland, the company witnessed unprecedented growth, and signed several multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients.

My career spans a couple of decades in Client facing and Leadership roles with Infosys, UST Global, Arthur Andersen and Satyam (TechMahindra).

As an industry veteran and an outsourcing specialist, I have been a speaker at industry forums, and have been quoted in leading Business magazines.

I'm also involved in leadership roles with two not-for-profit organizations, i.e. TiE Midwest & IITB Heritage Foundation.
